Terms and Conditions: Retention of Risk, Guarantee, Bespoke Products, and More

Guarantee

Our products are mostly made to order, providing you with the longest shelf life available.

Bespoke Products

Due to manufacturing processes, tools, molds, films, drawings, and any necessary production tools remain our property, even if you contribute to production costs. For special designs, any required molds, tools, or cliches will be kept for 12 months before being destroyed if no re-order is received during this time.

You warrant that you have the necessary rights to supply the text, logos, artwork, and any other materials (“Material”) provided by you to be displayed on our products. We exclude any liability for Material supplied by you that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, and any resulting direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any third party in connection with the display of such infringing Material on our products. We act as the distributor (and not a publisher) of Material supplied by you.

Products

We reserve the right to alter any details or designs of products illustrated without notice. While every effort is made to accurately describe goods in the catalogue, no warranty is given to the accuracy, and we accept no responsibility for errors or misdescriptions and any resulting loss.

Promotional Materials

We constantly update our website and catalogues with images of our work. This means that your text, logos, artwork, and any other materials (“Material”) provided by you to us may be photographed and included in our promotional materials. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorize us to use your Materials for these purposes. If you do not wish your personalized products to be photographed, please notify us in writing when placing your order or within 7 days of placing an order with us.

Retention of Risk and Title

Upon delivery, the risk in the goods passes to you. However, please note that all goods, whether delivered or not, remain our property until full payment is received. Until then, you must keep these goods separate from other items and clearly mark them as our property. Any payment received for the sale of such goods must be held in a separate account in trust for us. In case of non-payment, we retain the right to remove the goods from your possession without any loss of rights or remedies. You grant us an irrevocable license to enter your premises for this purpose. The title of goods remains with us until the invoice price is paid in full.
