How do I request a quote?

You can use our contact form to request a quote or call to discuss the options available.  If you send us the logo/image and any text, we can send you an example layout to see and alter.

How do I place an order?

Once you are happy with the proof of artwork we can send an order form to confirm all details.

Can I send to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes, we can send to a single address, multiple addresses, and or individual private or business addresses.

Can you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we can send all over the world.  We would need to quote on any consignment before sending.

What is the lead time for delivery?

There isn’t really a lead time as such.  We would normally say 7 – 10 days but if you need products sooner, we can normally meet tight time schedules.  We have been known to do next day when everything falls into line.  If you do require quick delivery, please let us know and we can normally meet any challenge.

What is the shelf life of chocolate?

It depends on the product.  Our normal boxes of chocolate have a best before of 6 months.  Bars are normally 12 months.  If you have bespoke boxes the best before is 3 months.  Bespoke bars have a best before of 9 months.

Do I receive a printer’s proof beforehand?

Yes.  Prior to the order, you will receive proof of the artwork to approve.  Only when you approve production will start.

What are the shipping costs?

Costs include delivery to 1 UK mainland site.  If you require multiple or oversea deliveries we would quote accordingly.

Are there any hidden costs?

No.  All costs include origination and delivery to 1 UK mainland site.
